With Las Vegas comes entertainment, food, and nice golf courses. Unfortunately, I only had time to get it one round of golf. There are many courses to choose from, but I narrowed my choices down to two: Wolf Creek and Wynn Golf Club. Wolf Creek was not cheap, but Wynn Golf Club at over $500 for a round was a bit too pricey in my mind.
Review of Wolf Creek
The view from the first tee was something that looked too artificial to be real. The course was built in and around a bunch of canyons which yields some impressive tee shots that drop over a 100' to the fairway (or rough if you're like me). Besides the views, the course was meticulously kept up.

My ratings out of 100
- Tees - 93
- Fairways - 84
- Greens - 68
- Overall - 82
- The course will challenge golfers of all abilities, yet while having 5 sets of tees to suit nearly everyone's game.
- Impressive views
- The course is in Mesquite which will take around 90 minutes to get to from Las Vegas by car.
- One needs to use a golf cart as walking the course would be too difficult.
- Greens were a bit on the slow side

While this post is about Las Vegas, Mrs. Actuarial Golfer wanted me to mention the other activities that we partook in.
- Lucky Chengs Restaurant
- Who says actuaries and drag queens don't have things in common?
- Cirque Du Soleil - KA
- Top of the World in the Stratosphere Hotel
- Surprisingly, one of the best steaks in Las Vegas with a great view
